Configure the price around your water-refill team
Count cashier, production and approval logins. Configure bottle sizes, piece/bale units, utilities and named-zone prices; distribution hardware or routing is not included.
Choose by staff logins: the annual software subscription is not a charge per transaction, table, bottle or event. More than 60 staff or additional locations need a confirmed quote.
What the subscription covers
Sell refill or packaged-water items in configured piece/bale units, select walk-in, individual or corporate context, apply named-zone inclusive prices and record production costs and approved output.
The core POS, menu and recipe stock, purchasing, staff/payroll records, customer records and operating reports are included. AI actions have allowances and paid top-ups; WhatsApp provider/message charges, extra locations and optional hardware are not an unlimited free bundle. Confirm these extras against your configuration.
Hardware, connectivity and other operating costs
Use a phone, tablet or laptop browser; no dedicated POS machine is required. Devices, compatible printers, paper, internet/data and power remain separate costs. Standard M-Pesa/provider charges still apply. Offline order capture is not offline STK Push or confirmed eTIMS submission.
Zone-inclusive pricing is not route planning, dispatch, driver manifests or proof-of-delivery. Returnable-container deposits, serial tracking and recurring delivery subscriptions are not verified.
What to test before committing
Illustrative only: period water KES 3,000 + electricity KES 2,000 + other production KES 1,000 over 1,000 produced bottles gives KES 6/bottle utility/production allocation. Add materials separately. A zone price of KES 180 replaces a KES 150 base price and already includes transport; do not add the same transport twice.
- Set product sizes and piece/bale quantities.
- Test walk-in and named-zone inclusive prices.
- Record utility period and actual produced bottles before allocating costs.
- Approve output with the authorised second person; reconcile sales and payments.
